Detailed lighting surveys cataloging fixture type and quantity, lamp & ballast type, system wattages and hours of operation on a room by room basis; with each rooms data coded to a map of the building (if available) for ease in locating rooms during construction and inspections.
All surveys are performed by an LC (Lighting Certified) professional, certified by the NCQLP (National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Profession). This is the most qualified certification credential currently available for the lighting profession.
An LC professional will design the most cost effective solution for each facility, maximizing energy savings while delivering equal or better light levels to a particular space. In areas that are currently over-lighted, we will discuss the possibility of reducing light levels with our customers to gain additional savings. Lighting controls are evaluated for cost-effectiveness, depending on a host of variables within each space.
Maneri~Agraz will investigate the availability of rebates and incentives offered by local, state, and federal entities to offset the project cost. Our team will submit all the required forms and documentation on behalf of the customer. Please refer to our “Rebate Page” for details.
Maneri~Agraz uses a proprietary software program for performing all energy saving calculations, project costing, rebate incentive estimates, maintenance cost saving estimates, hazardous waste cost estimates, material procurement and project management.
Maneri~Agraz possesses full M&V (measurement & verification) capabilities. Data loggers are used to quantify and verify hours of operation when required by a rebate program. Pre and post retrofit KW readings can be taken to verify existing and proposed system wattages. Typically, readings are taken on 10% of the fixtures that produce 80% of the savings.
Before any contracts are signed, Maneri~Agraz will also install mock-up fixtures in a mutually agreed location to demonstrate the proposed light levels, improved color quality, and final “look” of the solution.
Maneri~Agraz has a team of project managers experienced in the installation of large energy efficient lighting projects. Every project is assigned to one of our PM’s who has full responsibility for material procurement, installation quality, hazardous waste disposal, schedule, commissioning and final sign-off.
Maneri~Agraz designs projects using major brand lighting products such as Sylvania, GE, Advance and Philips. These manufacturers all carry the best-in-class warranties which are transferred directly to the customer.
