Our project management team has a long record of achievement in timely, quality installations that always work around the schedules of our customers. Our installation plan assures that our customers’ schedules are a priority, never forcing a shutdown of production. Our teams will work during off-shifts, weekends, or whenever it is the most convenient for the facility.
We understand that each customer has a different financial hurdle rate to meet within the organization with respect to capital expenditures and the associated benefits of the expenditure. We work with each customer to understand their needs and use the latest technology and design methods to develop a project that will satisfy their internal requirements.
We perform a free preliminary assessment of your facility in order to provide an estimated cost and projected savings. If the simple payback is within the target range and you want to pursue a full investment grade assessment of your facility, we require a deposit of 2% of the preliminary proposal cost in order to dispatch a lighting certified professional to your facility for the detailed survey and design work. The 2% deposit is refundable at contract stage if you move forward with the installation of the new lighting system.
