Everlasting 4000A and 4000S

Overview

Everlasting boiler blow down valves are based on ASME boiler and pressure vessel section 1 codes and ANSI B16.31 power piping codes. Applications include steam boiler blow down, surface blow down, water column drain, and shut-off and stop valves.

The 4000A series comes with a cast iron body, threaded ends, and a straight lever. It is available in sizes 1” through 2.5” and is rated at 250 lbs with a maximum blow off pressure of 200psi. This is a quick opening valve.

The 4000S(57) is the same as the 4000A except that it is rated as a 300 lb class valve with a maximum blow off pressure of 490psi.

The 4000S(58) is rated as a 600 lb class valve with a maximum blow off pressure of 935psi.
