Description:
Trerice coil syphons (commonly known as pigtails) are used on steam service to form a pocket of water between the gauge and steam, thereby preventing the steam from reaching the bourdon tube of the gauge. These syphons come in either 1/4" or 1/2" male pipe threads on each end and they come in a variety of materials.
