Description:
Ionix Model 100 is the smallest unit Ionix Technologies has. This unit is for presses and folders up to 11" x 17" sheet size. This unit is approximately 1.75" diameter by 6" long. When ordering this unit, please specify end nozzle size as follows:
100-2 for hoses with 1/2" inside diameter
100-3 for hoses with 3/4" inside diameter
100-4 for hoses with 1" inside diameter
100-5 for hoses with 1.25" inside diameter

ALWAYS order an Ionix with a fitting EQUAL TO OR LARGER than the inside diameter of the hose it is being installed in. This will insure there is no air flow restriction through the unit.

Ionix is operated by making air, which is normally an electrical insulator, an electrical conductor. Ionix is installed in the feeder air line. When the feeder air passes through Ionix, the Ionix treated air acts as an electrical grounding path conducting the static charges on the paper surfaces to each other.
