Barbequed Marinated Flank Steak

With all the beautiful weather lately I could not help but to pull out a recipe for the grill!! These steaks can be cooked on the grill or broiled in the oven and are absolutely delicious either way and also very easy!

1/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp distrilled white vinegar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup veg oil
1-1/2 pds flank steak

In a blender, combine all the marinade ingredients (first 6 ingredients). Blend for 15 seconds. Lay steak in a shallow glass or ceramic dish. Pierce meat all over the front and back with a fork. Pour marinade over steak, then turn and coat the other side. Cover and chill in the refrigerator 8 hours or over night. Preheat the grill for high heat. Place grate on the highest level and brush lightly with oil. Grill steak for 15-20 minutes, turning once , to desired doneness.
