As we have told you in the past, Control Specialties is a little family. We spend a lot of time together with our children playing and having fun. (At one time Ed was in the middle of my kitchen floor with them all and a helicopter...) But anyway, Family is important to all of us here and that reminded me of this recipe. It comes from my best friend Denise's father who passed away years ago. I think this is a true kid's favorite- I know it is one of my son's. Thanks Ubie Lewis for leaving it to us to enjoy!
1 lb browned & drained ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can hot enchilada sauce
1/2 can mild enchilada sauce
1 box taco shells crushed
Sliced Velveeta cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Mix 1st 5 ingredients together. Layer, in a 13 x 9 dish, the beef mixture, crushed taco shells and the velveeta making 2 layers ending with beef mixture on top. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350F until bubbly.
