5 chicken breasts; boiled and chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 16 oz container sour cream
2 sleeves of Ritz crackers, crushed slightly
1 stick of margarine, melted
1 tsp. poppy seeds
Combine Ritz crackers, margarine, and poppy seeds. Set aside. Mix together chopped chicken, soup, and sour cream. Spoon half the cracker mixture over the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour chicken mixture over the crackers in the dish. Top with the remaining cracker mixture. Bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes or until thoroughly heated through and crackers are golden.
