Home Made Burritos
I have had a lot on my plate lately so I
asked Janice to come up with another
one of her “quick and easy” recipes.

1 lb ground chuck
1 tbs minced garlic (more or less to
taste)
3 tbs burrito seasoning (see recipe below)
1 tbs red wine vinegar
1 pkg 8” burrito shells
Brown ground chuck with the minced garlic,
scim off any grease.
Add burrito seasoning and vinegar to the
meat, reduce heat to simmer.
Heat burrito shells per package directions.
Take a burrito shell, put meat in the middle,
add extra ingredients based on your taste. Fold burrito shell
with all the fixings inside –

Burrito Seasoning
4 tbs chili powder—1 tbs garlic powder—1 tbs black pepper—
1 tsp salt—1 tsp ground cumin—1 tsp basil
Any of these ingredients can be changed (more or less) depending
upon your personal taste.
