Shipping

Control Specialties, Inc. will ship all standard domestic orders via UPS or you can supply us with your carrier information. Note that some equipment exceeds UPS weight restrictions. For these orders or orders where another carrier is required, please call our customer support number to make arrangements. Cost calculations for shipping and handling are done automatically on the site for all UPS, non-collect orders.

An order confirmation will be sent. When your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via e-mail.

Returns

To return merchandise, you must call Customer Service at 1-800-752-0556. Restock fees may apply depending on the manufacturer, item, and reason for return.
