Double Diaphragm Pumps

Yamada Corporation has been a leading producer of industrial air operated double diaphragm pumps for 58 years. Yamada pumps are shipped from an impressive inventory of over 3,000 built and tested pumps ready for shipment at all times.

Air operated double diaphragm pumps are well suited for many tough pumping applications and offer the following benefits:

1. Handles a wide variety of fluids with high solids content.

2. Self priming design incorporating internal check valves.

3. Ability to run dry with no damage.

4. Variable flow rates and discharge pressures.

5. Portable and very simple connections; inlet, outlet, and air supply.

6. Dead heading pumps will not cause a problem, the pump will simply not operate.

7. Shear sensitive fluids are not affected due to gentle nature of operation and minimal parts contact with fluid.
All pumps are explosion proof.

8. Submersible operation is not a problem.

9. Pumping efficiency remains constant due to no rotors, gears or pistons to wear out.

10. Pumps are offered with wetted materials including Polypropylene, Kynar, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Cast Iron. Capacities range up 150 gpm and discharge pressures to 250’ (107 psig).
