Just kidding about the title! However, we have more companies moving to just in time delivery and of course break downs which always occur at the worst possible moment, here are a few things we can do to help with your rush order-We are open 24/7 with one us answering the phone after hours and on weekends; not an answering service.
We are set up on line with FEDEX and UPS for prompt tracking of orders.
The UPS driver has lunch with Amy and Janice virtually every day. Let’s just say that we get outstanding extra service if we need a second pick up or favor!
We have a number of couriers available who will pick up and drive a shipment from our warehouse to your facility on a moments notice.
For most primary vendors we have a west coast back up source. This provides us with an additional three hour window to get a shipment moving if it is something we do not have in stock. With next day air from the west coast, we can place orders as late as 8 PM eastern time and still have the shipment the next morning in your facility.
With all of our age and experience in the business, we many times can track down parts and or replacements for hard to find or obsolete items. Next time you have a UPSYDA requirement, give us a call.
