Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps
Becker offers an extensive line of vacuum pumps in both oil-flooded and 100% oil-less (dry) designs. We can provide pumps to meet any need from atmospheric pressure to 0.4 torr. All Becker vacuum pumps are designed to be as compact as possible. All include a direct drive electric motor and vibration isolators. Oil-less units also include integrated inlet filters.
Becker Oil Flooded Pumps have capacities ranging from 4.6 CFM to 440 CFM, and are intended for continuous operation as high as 29.9” (0.4 torr). For applications requiring lower absolute pressure-to about 20 microns-they also provide Compound Booster Pump Systems
Becker's 100% Oil-less Pumps have capacities ranging from 1.1 CFM to 356 CFM, and can operate continuously at any point from atmospheric pressure to as high as 27" Hg, depending on the model.
Both oil-flooded and 100% oil-less pumps are available in packaged Central Vacuum Systems. Both tank mounted and stacked
Central Systems
Becker Advantage-L Oil-flooded Central Vacuum Systems are available with capacities ranging from 18 CFM to over 2500 CFM in standard designs, with additional capacities on a custom basis. Operating vacuum levels range from 19" Hg to as much as 29.83"Hg (2 torr). Advantage-L systems are constructed in simplex and duplex tank mounted designs, and duplex through sextuplex (6 pump) modular/expandable, space saving, stacked systems.
Becker Advantage-D 100% Oil-less Central Vacuum Systems are available with capacities ranging from 18 CFM to over 2000 CFM in standard designs with additional capacities on a custom basis. Operating vacuum levels range from atmospheric to as much as 27"Hg depending on model. Advantage-D systems are constructed in simplex and duplex tank mounted designs, and duplex through sextuplex (6 pump) modular/expandable, space saving, stacked systems.
Becker Advantage-A 100% Oil-less Dedicated Waste Anesthetic Gas Disposal (WAGD) Central Vacuum Systems are available with capacities ranging from 7 CFM to over 170 CFM in tank mounted duplex designs, with additional design configurations on a custom basis. Blowers
Becker SV Regenerative Blowers (also called ring compressors, vortex blowers, or side channel blowers) are designed for low pressure/high flow applications.
Blowers are available in a single stage version and a two stage version. All are direct-drive units--no belts are used--and there is never any oil in the discharge air because they are 100% Oil-less. They are among the most compact air movers available. They may be installed with the shaft vertical or horizontal for mounting flexibility.
Single stage SV blowers are available in a wide range of sizes, from 54 CFM (0.6 Hp) to 736 CFM (20 HP). Depending on the model, they are capable of producing discharge pressures as high as 204" of water (7.35 PSIG), and vacuum levels to 142" of water (10.42" Hg.).
Two stage SV blowers are available in a range of sizes, from 29 CFM (0.6 Hp) to 182 CFM (20 HP). Depending on the model, they are capable of producing discharge pressures as high as 204" of water (7.35 PSIG), and vacuum levels to 163" of water (12" Hg.).
VariAir Variable Speed blowers with integral speed control permit maintaining a constant pressure or constant flow without the use of relief valves. Available in several design arrangements, from individual units to multi-stage systems. Pressure to 26 PSIG, or vacuum to 23.5" Hg.
Capsule Gauges
Becker Capsule Gauges are high-quality, barometrically compensated, absolute pressure gauges. Each gauge has a dual absolute pressure scale, reading in both mill bars (mbar) and torr (mmHg).
All models are constructed with a lightweight aluminum housing. The housing is machined with dual locations for the vacuum connection. Our standard location is bottom mounting. The alternative location is back mounting. As an additional benefit, the gauge is supplied with a bracket for panel mounting.
Vacuum Pump Oil
Becker offers a line of high quality vacuum pump oils specifically selected to optimize the performance of your Becker vacuum pump. These oils have a low vapor pressure and minimal additives, which reduce the sludging that occurs with lower quality oils.
Becker Vacuum Pump Flushing Oil, FO-100, is intended to clean pumps that have a build-up of deposits that inhibit the performance of the pump.
