Cost for new equipment continues to rise while maintenance budgets continue to shrink. Repairs overall can save you substantial money over the cost of new product, typically 50%. Many plants maintain a junk and scrap box of products which fall into these categories. Next time you have a valve, control, or pump fail you might have the replacement lurking in your junk box at big savings. Many plants maintain a defective box of commonly used materials and then send them back to us for repair and over haul.
We will tear down your worn out valves, do a complete inspection, check all parts, and then quote you price for a complete overhaul. When appropriate, we can email you a picture of the valve parts to determine the best options for repairs. Valves are rebuilt including bead blasting and repainting so the valve looks like new when returned to you. All work is guaranteed for six months from the time you place it back in service.
Most repairs are completed within a week subject to parts availability. If parts are going to cause a delay, we will contact you with details and options in case you have a rush requirement. All repairs are carefully done by Janice and myself to insure a reliable repair.
Your repair valve or other item is then prepared for shipment, properly packaged to protect it from shipping damage, and then returned to you. Other than the normal UPS, FedEx, and trucking concerns, we can also ship into many areas using courier service which is much quicker and many times no more costly than other usual methods of shipment.
Safety valves require that repairs and resetting be done in an ASME qualified facility. Through NASVI, we can provide remanufactured safety valves which offer a 40-60% savings over a new valve and come with a two year parts and workmanship guarantee.

We also offer repair service on a full range of Grundfos boiler feed pumps as well as a full range of vacuum pumps. Given the costs of new pumps, you can save substantial money by rebuilding.
