Considering a Boiler?
If you are currently considering the purchase of a new steam or hot water boiler or boilers, take a moment to look at the many advantages of a Miura Boiler.Miura offers boilers for steam and hot water service. Units are offered to operate on natural gas, number 2 oil, and propane air. Boilers are offered to operate to pressures up to 250 psig steam and low NOx (20 ppm) units are offered.
Miura steam boilers offer a very small footprint with a 300 HP boiler fitting in an area of about 8’x12’ which saves floor space costs. The boilers come up to full pressure in five minutes which means you can avoid lengthy start up times after a shut down.
All boilers come with a state of the art XJ PLC controller which manages all boiler functions, provides for a complete alarm trail to aid in trouble shooting, has a built in scale monitor, automatic surface blowdown, remote operation by modem if desired and a whole host of other features.
Fuel to steam efficiency of the boiler is 85% with a 10:1 turn down . Boilers come standard with a floor mounted economizer and feature rugged construction for long service life. All major components are non proprietary so you are not stuck with high parts prices.
Multiple boilers are controlled by a master PLC for fully automated operations. Since the boilers come ready to go by field reassembling the boiler, economizer, and steam separator; installation costs are much lower than other types and brands of boilers.
