The trap allows steam to enter from one side of the trap, and the condensate to discharge from the same side of the trap. J Series high capacity F&T traps are designed to discharge large quantities of condensate from large heat producing units, such as heat exchangers, big unit heaters, etc. The JD8-15-300# Flanged is cast iron and has a 15 psi maximum operating pressure.
