Babbitt Bucket is a re-useable device that holds chain overhead, clearing the walkway below. It is lightweight, has built in drainage, and can easily release chain.
The Babbitt Bucket can hold different amounts of chain depending on the chain size.
Below are the maximum amounts of chain that the bucket can hold.
- Size #2 Chain (#0 Chainwheel): 36 feet of chain
- Size 1/0 Chain (#1.5-2 Chainwheel): 20 feet of chain
- Size 4/0 Chain (#2.5-3.5 Chainwheel): 13.5 feet of chain
- Size 5/0 Chain (#4-5 Chainwheel): 9 feet of chain.
