The Becker Genuine Advantage-P Auto-Purge Laboratory Vacuum Systems are a variation of our Advantage-L lubricated central systems with the inclusion of an auto-purge function. This enables pump to purge any remaining gases when shutting down, preventing corrosion and enhancing safety. When the pump turns off, a tier is started and the main process line is isolated and fresh air (or an inert gas, if desired) is drawn into pump for a period of time through auxiliary port. When timer is satisfied, pump will stop operating.
