The fully-open impeller design features large wear areas and back pump-out vanes, making the Griswold 811CC Pump far superior in handling corrosive and erosive fluids. Open impellers balance hydraulic axial thrust loads, lengthen bearing life, and reduce stuffing box pressure too.The self-tightening impeller with O-ring seal eliminates part corrosion, gasket leakage, and all chance of loosening in high temperature environments. Replaceable shaft sleeve and adapters allow easy replacement of sealing surface without shaft and bearing disassembly, and without bearing contamination.
Griswolds 811CC Close Coupled centrifugal pumps match the features, flexibility and performance of our standard 811 ANSIs, but in a compact, space-saving design. With a smaller electrical motor replacing the traditional power frame, the 811CC offers significant benefits including:
Direct Replacement. Like our entire 811 range, the 811CC pump is ANSI-dimensional, so it drops right in line using existing piping, providing an easy and economical replacement for most ANSI installations. If desired, you can even keep your existing ANSI casing and simply replace a defective or oversized power end with the 811CC’s back pullout assemblyquickly and seamlessly.
Smaller Footprint. When space is at a premium, the 811CC line provides excellent system design or modification solutionswithout compromising quality or performance.
Economical. In addition to costing less than standard-sized ANSIs, the 811CC’s close-coupled electric motor eliminates the need for coupling alignment as well as oil level monitoring, greatly reducing maintenance costs.
Customizable. Your choice of extra heavy-duty stocked Ductile Iron, Stainless Steel and CD4M pump materials, along with a wide selection of seal options, allows you to customize the 811CC to fit a broad range of process applications.
