A bare glass tube and guard rods offer minimal protection against accidental breakage.
For much greater protection than conventional tubular sight glass level gages and a lighter duty alternate to high pressure reflex and transparent flat glass gages use Inferno’s Armored Tubular Level Gages. Glass is isolated from pipe fittings and is O-Ring sealed at each end (no stuffing box nut to tighten). The gage is shipped fully assembled to completely reduce the risk of breaking during installation.

Glass is isolated from pipe fittings and is O-Ring sealed at each end (no stuffing box nut to tighten). The gage is shipped fully assembled to completely reduce the risk of breaking during installation. The bare glass is not handled during installation. No glass cutting or adjusting required in the field!
The Inferno Model ATS features rugged sight glass protection inside a heavy wall stainless steel tube. Parts include stainless steel SWIVEL fittings, O-ring seals, Red Line Tubular Glass and Polycarbonate Guard.
When mounting ATS direct to tank, the connection is 1/2” M-NPT on SWIVEL.
Swivel fittings on ATS Gage are mounted to vessel using a 7/8” wrench.
Any vessel center-to-center distance can be provided up to 48”.
