Valtorc Series 1300 High Flow Resilient Seated Butterfly Valve are industrial grade valves that come in wafer and lug style. Valves are available in 2" - 14" and 14" -24" that meet ANSI 125# and 150# standards. Valves up to size 12" can be supplied with level handles, valves up to sizes 24" can be mounted with a gearbox operator and all valves can be directly mounted to pneumatic or electric style type actuators.

Two flanged butterfly valve holes for sizes up to 12" and four flanged locating holes for sizes 14" - 24", allows for easy alignment during valve installation.
Meets ANSI 125/150# standards
Top plat is double drilled to fit ISO 5211 standards
316 stainless steel disc; Nylon 12 coated ductile iron ASTM A535 grade 65-45-12
Seat options include: API 598 / BS EN 12266-1
Valve stem available in 410 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel and carbon steel BS 970
Available with level handles, gearbox operator and pneumatic or electrically actuated

High Flow Resilient Seated Butterfly Valves Series 1300
* Four flange locating ribs for sizes up to 12" and four flange locating holes from size 14" for easy alignment of valve during installation. They meet ANSI #125 /150 or other world drilling standards.
* Unique stem retention system to provide blow-out proof stem and easy assembly and disassembly of the Butterfly Valve.
* Heavy duty one-piece body Butterfly Valve. Standard coating is two coats of hard, zinc-rich epoxy for excellent corrosion resistance.
* Precision machined radius on the upper and lower disc hubs is pressed against upper and lower seat sealing faces for achieving primary sealing between disc and seat.
* Positive disc stem engagement by a precision machined square drive, eliminating potential leak path and failure of stem joint.
* High flow disc Butterfly Valve design provides a streamlined flow passage, enhanced flow characteristics and reduced resistance to flow especially for control applications.
