JORC 7075 AIR-SAVER 1" Compressed Air Energy Saver is a simple - yet exciting programming module.
FEATURES:
FLEX Function allows you to adjust and set the valve’s opening and closing times, a very useful feature in overtime situations or shutdowns.
Programming module displays important information such as the actual valve position and it also shows you when the AIR-SAVER weekly program is overruled, either manually or remotely switched. When remotely switched, the weekly program is overruled. In this case, the display will change color (red) and additionally shows you a warning symbol and the text "REMOTELY SWITCHED"

JORC 7075 AIR-SAVER 1" Compressed Air Energy Saver are timer or remote switch controlled valves used to isolate your air storage tank. This will save you air, energy and money. All compressed air systems have leak points - hoses or fittings, pipe connections, and condensate drains These leaks can cause your compressor to cycle on and off to maintain pressure even if it's not needed. The Air Saver is a simple timed valve that isolates your compressor and compressed air storage tank from the rest of your compressed air system. It uses a programmable timer to allow it to open before a shift and close when a shift is over, to prevent excess usage due to leaks. If you turn off compressor at the end of shift, the Air Saver isolates the storage tank ensuring it remains at full pressure for the following day.
