The Krohne Optiwave 5200 Radar Level Transmitter is designed to measure the distance, level, mass, volume, flow rate and reflection of liquids, pastes and slurries. Radar level transmitters use an antenna to guide a signal to the surface of the measured product. Radar is a non-contact technology. Its PP or PTFE Wave Horn antenna options make it ideal for measuring corrosive and viscous products. The OPTIWAVE 5200 is SIL2-compliant according to IEC 61508-2 for Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS).
The Krohne Optiwave 5200 Radar Level Transmitter is a non-contact radar level meter that uses FMCW technology. It measures distance, level and volume of liquids and pastes. It is ideal for measuring the level of corrosive products with its PP or PTFE antenna options.
SIL2-compliant according to IEC 61508 for safety-related systems
