ZIGHT Stainless Steel, High Pressure Steam, Tubular Valves, Gauge Cock are manufactured to offer a higher standard in sight flow indication management. All of the Gauge Cock Bodies are made in a forging process opposed to a casting process. Forged products are stronger and more reliable than castings.
1/2" or 3/4" MNPT rigid vessel connection x 5/8” or 3/4" OD glass connection
Low and medium pressure applications up to 500PSI WP
Inline Vent and Drain connection
Positive O-Ring Seal, for gauge glass connection
Viton O-Ring
Ball Check, to prevent spills in case of glass breakage
Virgin PTFE stem packing
All valves are assembled with 316SS Valve Stem, Ball Check, and Stem Packing Washer
All assemblies are Hydro-Tested to 750PSI
