Static Eliminators
Ionix Static Charge Eliminator utilizes a new static elimination technology developed and patented by Ionix Technologies. It was originally developed for the printing industry and is also in use in the auto refinishing, photo-finishing, injection molding, natrual gas distribution, converting and screen printing industries.
Ionix is operated by making air, which is normally an electrical insulator, an electrical conductor. The Ionix static charge eliminator is installed in the feeder air line. When the feeder air passes through Ionix, the Ionix treated air acts as an electrical grounding path conducting the static charges on the paper surfaces to each other.
