The Trerice 700 is an industrial gauge with a 30" Hg to 30 psi pressure max, 4.0" dial size, 1/4" NPT lower mount connection, stainless steel wetted material, and stainless steel case material. The Trerice 700 Series Industrial Gauge is designed for the varying needs of the world’s industrial applications. This gauge has a stainless steel case and ring. Its sturdy interior design and field liquid-fill capability (no kit required) provide the durability and accuracy required for industrial process environments.
The Trerice 700 series pressure gauge can come in dial sizes 2.5”, 4” and 6”.
Standard Specifications
Case: 304 stainless steel satin finish
Ring: 304 stainless steel polished ring - bayonet lock type
Window: 2.5” clear laminated glass 1/16”, 4” clear laminated glass 1/8”, 6” clear glass
Dial: Aluminum alloy with rubber zero stop - white with black markings and graduation
Point:Aluminum alloy black finished micrometer type with knife edge on the 4”, black aluminum adjustable on the 2.5”
Movement: Brass for bronze tube and socket
Blow out disc: Elastomer material - furnished standard top of case - 10psi release pressure
Accuracy: ASME B40.1 Grad 1A +- 1% full scale, over-range protection 130% of full scale
Tube and Socket Material: Phosper bronze soldered to brass socket and tip (Max temp 150 F)
Socket connection size: 1/4” npt standard
Connection location: Bottom or back mount
Filled: Glycerin fill standard (silicone available)
